That the Gomoa East District Education shall be, and remain a center of excellence for administration and management of pre-tertiary education in Ghana by:
- Ensuring that every child of school-going age is in school and stays in school.
- Providing quality education through teacher punctuality and regularity, effective use of contact hours and strict supervision by management.
- Ensuring that all stakeholders in education are encourage to contribute their quota to the promotion of quality education.
- Ensuring that all educational inputs are equitably distributed, managed and used.
